The industry’s most efficient energy savings
With a new motor developed specifically for the S-7200C, the adoption of the motor control system with sine wave current, and a new pulley made of plastic, the most efficient energy savings in the industry has been achieved.
Improved grease duration
The grease duration has been significantly extended by developing the latest dry head technology.
The duration of the grease is about double that of the S-7200B and about six times that of the S-7200A. Greasing maintenance is not necessary for about 10 years.
Clean sewing without oil staining
Minimum lubrication type - The model that offers full advantage of the direct drive
The wick lubrication system is used for oil supply to the areas of the needle bar and thread take-up, supplying minimum oil only to the required parts.
Semi-dry type - The suitable model for customers who require productivity improvement in addition to clean sewing.
No oil is used around the needle bar or thread take-up. It does not make lubrication to the needle bar and presser bar which is considered to be about 90% of the causes for oil staining, thus allowing the sewing without concern of oil staining. An iron hook is adopted for the hook that is required to have high durability, enabling a max. sewing speed of 5,000 rpm
Complete dry type - The suitable model for customers who require perfect clean sewing
No oil is used around the needle bar, thread take-up or hook. A lubrication-free hook is usedand it allows the sewing without concern of oil staining.
