This is a programmable electronic pattern sewer utilizing a direct drive method with wide sewing area. The world’s highest sewing speed has been achieved and beautiful seams can be produced even at high speeds.

● The servo controlled feed mechanism with increased rigidity ensures accurate needle drop and offers high quality stitching
exactly the way it is programmed and never loses its shape even with high-speed sewing.
● With a minimum resolution of 0.05 mm per pulse, slanted lines and curves are accurately sewn with beautiful finishes.
● Feed drifting is prevented by the servo control, which makes stable sewing possible.

●The adoption of direct drive has achieved the world’s highest speed of 2,700 rpm
●With the adoption of direct drive, starting and stopping is quick. Machine time has been shortened by 10%.
●The work clamp height can be set as desired. This makes positioning of fabric easier and shortens total cycle time.

● Sewing area has been increased to 130x100mm, which allows a wider range of sewing applications to be handled.
Easy operation
●The work clamp height and the stepping presser foot lift amount can be set without using tools, simply by setting a value on the operation panel.
● The work clamp operation can be selected from three options; 2-stage or 1-stage lowering operation that the work clamp is lowered when the pedal is depressed (ON/OFF) and free lowering operation that the work clamp is lowered by the same amount of the pedal being depressed.
●Large-capacity memory is installed, and CF card, which makes it easy to add and update data, can be used.
Easy-to-use programmer (Optional product)
● Easy-to-view programmer with large color LCD is equipped.
●Sewing data management is easy because sewing data image can be displayed and sewing data can be copied and moved easily.
