Semi-dry type
A suitable model for customers who require productivity in addition to clean sewing.No oil is used around the needle bar and the thread take-up. No lubrication is made to the needle bar nor the presser bar that are regarded to be 90% of the cause of oil staining, thus allowing sewing without concern of oil staining. An iron hook is adopted for the hook requiring durability, enabling the excellent max. sewing speed: 4,000 rpm for the S-7220B. Troubles of greasing, which is indispensable for dry-head machines, has beensignificantly reduced.
Minimum lubrication type
The model with which the full advantage of direct drive can be utilized. A minimum amount of oil is supplied only to the parts requiring oil. An iron hook is adopted for the hook requiring durability, enabling the excellent max. sewing speed: 5,000 rpm for the S-7220B. Greasing maintenance, which is indispensable for dry-head machines, is not necessary.
