Fail to install brother software/ drivers, how can I do?

If you fail to install software, please check the following: (For Windows XP/ vista user)

- The length of USB cable should within 2M (6 feets).

- Please don't connect USB cable through USB hub or USB port on PC front panel.

- Before your software installation, please stop all running application/ program.

- If you connected MFC machine and PC before software install, please check and remove any unknow device

After check above, please unplug USB cable and also restart PC, then reinstall the software with below procedure:

1. Open the front cover and pull out the drum and toner cartridge assembly.
