Thank you for purchasing a Brother Product.

Your Brother product comes with 3 years warranty as standard once registered .

* 3 years warranty is not applicable to display machine
閣下所購買之 Brother 產品 一經登記後 ,均享有三年基本保養服務。

*此三年保養並不包括陳列品 

 

In order to activate 3 years warranty, you must register your product within 2 weeks. Otherwise, we offer one year return to base service upon invoice or product production date.


請於兩星期內為閣下產品登記保用,以上的三年保養計劃方能生效。否則本公司祗根據單據或產品生產日期提供壹年自攜保養服務。

保養服務

Brother products, when properly used, will render good service. Therefore, users should read the User's Guide / Owner's Manual and other literature supplied with the product carefully as misuse or failure to follow the instructions may render this warranty void.
如正確使用 Brother 產品,務請用戶詳細閱讀產品之用戶手冊說明書及其他所提供的文件。不正確使用或不按照說明書或用戶手冊之指示,而導致機件故障或發生問題,保養失效。

This warranty is not transferable and excludes routine maintenance, routine checking or cleaning, consumables, service maintenance kits and damage caused by misuse or negligence. Any work arising from these instances will be chargeable.
此保養不能轉讓,保養範圍不包括定期維修、檢查、清潔、消耗品及因錯誤操作、疏忽事故而導致的損壞或不正常運作。因以上各項原因而要求技師出勤,將收取額外之服務費。

Terms & Conditions:
保養細則:

1. On-site service areas include Hong Kong Island , Kowloon , Urban Town Centers along MTR routes and Tung Chung.
上門服務地區包括香港島、九龍、香港鐵路沿線之市中心及東涌。

2. For restricted areas, airport restricted area, construction areas, lot area, unknown area, remote area, Lo Wu and boats areas, the client will be responsible for transporting the equipment to a location as listed in 1) then call for on-site service or directly bring the equipment to our service center.
客戶於禁區、機場禁區、地盤、地段、不明確地點、偏遠地區、羅湖或船上使用,煩請將機器搬移到 1) 所列之地區後再致電客戶服務熱線,安排提供上門維修或直接將機器自攜到我們的服務中心修理。

 

3. In off shore island or outlying islands (except Tung Chung region in Lantau), or the location that cannot reach by public transportation*, HK$150 extra transportation fee will be charged to customer as per each visit.
離島 ( 不包括東涌 ) 地區及公共交通工具不能到達之地點*,技師出勤將每次收取 HK$150 額外交通費。

* Public transportation excludes Residents' Service/ Staff Bus Service and Taxi.
公共交通工具不包括屋苑/ 員工接駁巴士及的士 

4. The warranty do not apply to any:
此保養並不包括下列各項:

- 4.1 non genuine Brother consumables, non Brother print cartridge or refilled print cartridge, such as drum unit, toner, ink cartridge or ribbon are used with the machine. 
使用非Brother原裝消耗品、非Brother原裝墨盒或炭粉盒、重灌打印墨盒或炭粉盒等。

- 4.2 limited life components or parts such as heat fixing unit for laser/LED products, print head for ink jet products.
消耗性元件或零件,例如打印定影器及噴墨打印頭等。

- 4.3 electrical work external to the Product.
任何連接到本產品的外置電子裝置。

- 4.4 modifications, adjustment, repair or disassemble to the Product made by a third party or buyer without the written consent of the Supplier.
產品曾被非本公司技術人員改裝、調較、修理或 拆開檢查。

- 4.5 error or omission relating to the operation of the Product and not in accordance with the provision of the manual provided by the Supplier.
因意外、疏忽事故或不參照用戶手冊或說明書操作,而引致機件損壞或不正常運作。

- 4.6 the subjection of the Product by the Customer to unusual physical or electrical stress or any failure or fluctuation of electrical power, air conditioning, humidity control, insect, Acts of God or other environmental controls.
任何因外來電壓不穩定、空氣調節、濕度控制、昆蟲、天災或其他外在環境因素影響而導致機件損壞或不正常運作。 

- 4.7 the original invoice or warranty is lost.
遺失購買單據或保用証。

- 4.8 the serial number has been altered, effaced and / or removed.
機身編號曾被塗改、損毀或撕除。

- 4.9 Any software which may be included with the product.
任何軟件可能應用於此產品上。

LIMITATIONS
限制

1) The warranty DOES NOT COVER consumable or service items including the following:
此保養 不包括 打印 消耗品或以下服務:

- Toner, Drum Unit, Ink Cartridge or any other consumable items.
-
炭粉、打印鼓、墨盒或其他消耗品。

- Memory cards or any other accessory items which are not permanently installed in the product.
-
記憶咭或任何非永久安裝之配件。

2) The warranty will be invalidated if any of the terms and conditions of warranty is not met.
如任何一項保用細則不乎合,閣下機器之保用亦因此而作廢。

3) This includes if the product is installed incorrectly or in an unsuitable position, or if the customer does not provide proper or adequate maintenance. Please read the documentation that came with your product, as it details all of these conditions.
此限制包括如機件安裝、放置於不正確或不適當位置、或用戶未有作出自行檢查、清潔及保養。請細閱隨產品附上之有關文件,當中已詳細列出有關自行檢查、清潔及保養的方法。

CHARGES
收費

If the Services are requested without any reasonable justification, whether during the Warranty Period or otherwise, by reason of any defect in or malfunction of the product due to causes not covered by these Warranties, the Buyer shall be liable to pay the Supplier\'s standard charges from time to time in force for such Services.
凡未能有合理之證明該機器發生故障或不能正常運作,而要求技師出勤,經技師檢查後,確定發現之事故與機件無關,無論於保養期內與否,客戶須繳付該次之服務或檢查費用。

You have 2 weeks to register your warranty from date of purchase to receive your free 3 years warranty. Details please refer to the warranty reference chart.
為了使你享有免費之三年保養服務,請於購買日期計起之兩星期內登記保養。保養計劃之詳情,請參考有關之列表。

In case of any disputes, Brother reserves the right to make decision.
如有任何爭議,Brother保留最終決定權。
