Special arrangement for Brother repair service, customer service and eShop Orders & Deliveries
 

Dear Customers,
 
Due to the spread of coronavirus, Brother HK will adopt flexible working arrangements for staffs. Brother bring-in, on-site repairing service and customer service hotline service time will be changed to 10a.m. to 5p.m. starting from 30th Nov, 2020 until further notice. Kwai Chung customer service counter opening hours will be changed to 10a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5p.m. starting from 30th Nov, 2020 until further notice.Also, the toner/ink onsite collection service will be suspended until further notice. Customer may consider taking the used toner/ink to the recycle box at Kwai Chung customer service counter.

 

We will provide limited service and the waiting time may take longer due to the flexible working arrangement for staffs. On-site repairing service will not include the list of buildings with Confirmed / Probable Cases. If you have further questions, please contact us at 3187 0500 or email us at [email protected] .
  
Moreover, Brother eShop's order daily cut-off time will be changed from 4p.m. to 12p.m and the earliest delivery date available will be the next 2 working days starting from 30th Nov, 2020 until further notice. Delivery service will not include the list of buildings with Confirmed / Probable Cases and addresses with residents are in compulsory quarantine.
