Brother HK customer service center, customer service hotline and repair service will be resumed to normal and effective from 15th Mar, 2021. Opening hours are as follows:
Kwai Chung Service Center
Address: Units A & B 12/F, KC100, No.100 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories H.K
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays closed)
Please Note: Customer must bring their own masks and must put on the mask before entering the customer service center.

Brother eShop Delivery Arrangement
Please kindly note that Brother eShop's orders daily cut-off time will be resumed to normal (cut-off at 4:00pm daily & products will be delivered by next day) and effective from 15th Mar, 2021.
Moreover, On-site repairing service and eShop delivery service will not cover the list of buildings with Confirmed / Probable Cases.
