Special Arrangement for Brother eShop Delivery service, Customer Service and Repair Service before & during CNY Holidays

 

Dear Customers,
 

Please be informed that due to limited delivery service before Chinese Lunar New Year, Brother eShop will have special delivery arrangement during 24/1/2022 - 6/2/2022.
 

  • For the orders placed after 24/1/2022 4:00p.m. to 28/1/2022 12:00pm, the goods will be delivered on the earliest 7/2/2022* or after.
  • For the orders placed after 28/1/2022 12:00p.m. to 3/2/2022, the goods will be delivered on the earliest 8/2/2022* or after.
  • SF Locker service will be temporarily suspended during above period

 

Moreover, the office hours of Brother HK Customer Service hotline and Repair Service will be changed to 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m on 31/1/2022.
