Special Arrangement for Brother Repair Service, Customer Service and

Due to the spread of coronavirus, Brother HK will adopt flexible working arrangements. Service time of Customer service hotline & On-Site Repairing Services will be changed to 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. starting from 17th Jan, 2022, and Kwai Chung Customer Service Counter will be closed until further notice. Moreover, Brother eShop's order daily cut-off time will be changed from 4p.m. to 12p.m. starting from 17th Jan, 2022 until further notice.
