Brother 2025 Refill Ink Tank Printer Lucky Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the Lucky Draw you are agreeing to these Lucky Draw terms and conditions.

2. The Lucky Draw is being run by Brother International (HK) Limited.

Eligibility to enter

3. The Lucky Draw is open to those who have registered warranty between 1st July 2025 to 30th September 2025 for Brother new Refill Ink Tank Series. The products must be purchased at Brother eShop and all Official Resellers. Brother staff members who meet the entering conditions are also eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

How to enter

4. The Lucky Draw will include those who have registered warranty for the below Refill Ink Tank Printer Models from 1st July 2025 to 30th September 2025:

Entries before or after the above specified date will not be included in the draw. Only purchases made in Hong Kong are eligible.

5. In entering the Lucky Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

6. A maximum of 2 entries per warranty registered email address is permitted. Each warranty registered email address is entitled to win a prize once maximum.

7. Brother International (HK) Limited will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

Prize

8. Prizes will be the following:

July 2025 (Registered between 1st July 2025 to 31st July 2025): 2 sets of 2 Apple AirTags (2 winners – 1 set per winner)
August 2025 (Registered between 1st August 2025 to 31st August 2025): 2 sets of 2 Apple AirTags (2 winners – 1 set per winner)
September 2025 (Registered between 1st September 2025 to 30th September 2025) : 2 sets of 2 Apple AirTags (2 winners – 1 set per winner)
AirPods Pro 2 (2 winners)
Dyson Supersonic Nural™ hair dryer in Vinca Blue/Topaz Orange (1 winner)
iPad Pro 11” 256GB Wifi (Space Black) + Apple Pencil Pro (1 winner)

9. Brother’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

10. The winner will be drawn at random.

11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

12. The decision of Brother regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

13. All winners will be announced on our official Facebook page

Monthly Draw – Emails registered for specified printer models within 1st July 2025 to 30th September 2025 will automatically be entered into the Monthly Draw and have a chance to win a Monthly Draw Prize. Total 2 winners each month.
Ultimate Grand Draw - Emails registered for specified printer models within 1st July 2025 to 30th September 2025 will automatically be entered into the Ultimate Grand Draw and have a chance to win an Ultimate Grand Draw Prize (4 winners total). Only non-winning entries from Monthly Draw would enter the Ultimate Grand Draw.
All Winners will be drawn on 3rd October 2025, and announced on 10th October 2025, on Brother HK's official Facebook page and published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard.

14. The winner will be notified via the email registered for warranty of the purchased Refill Ink Tank models as specified above.

15. Brother will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times within 10 business days of the official announcement date.

16. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 5 business days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize. Brother reserve the right to replace with a reserve winner drawn on the same date (3rd October 2025)

Receipt of the prize

17. Winners must bring along their winner notification email, original purchase invoice, and warranty registration confirmation email to collect the prize at Brother HK Kwai Fong Office Center within 14 business days of their response to the winning notification email.

Data protection and publicity

18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the Lucky Draw being used by Brother for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

19. An announcement of the winners’ last name and first 4 digits of phone number will be made on Brother Official Website and will be taken off on 14th November 2025.

20. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Brother’s Privacy Notice.

21. With the participant's consent, their personal information will be used by Brother for future promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

22. The lucky draw warranty registration time is based on the time Brother's server receives the submitted data. Late registrations will be considered invalid.

23. Brother is not responsible for any delays, losses, or errors in the data submitted by participants due to computer, network, or other technical issues.

25. Brother does not provide any form of practical or technical support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

26. If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail.

27. The Lucky Draw is subject to the prevailing regulatory requirements.

28. The Lucky Draw is held within Hong Kong. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each eligible entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
