We understand that customers may encounter different problems or difficulties when using Brother products. Don’t worry, we got you covered with the standard maintenance service (registration required) to enjoy 1-year on-site inspection and repair. You can also choose to upgrade the plan to extend the convenient on-site service to 3 years along with other exclusive discount and support.
The basic maintenance service includes first year on-site inspection and repair with replacement of spare parts covered (excluding consumable spare parts and improper use of machine) as well as bring-in maintenance service for the next 2 years. If you want to enjoy worry-free protection, customers can purchase the Upgrade Warranty Plan or Premium Upgrade Warranty Plan separately to enjoy 3-year on-site maintenance coverage. What’s even more, Premium Warranty Plan offers exclusive service support such as but not limited to preventive maintenance and designated troubleshooting hotline which further enhance the overall product experience.
