Terms and Condition 

1. Promotion period: 1 Sep 2023 to 30 Sep 2023. (Both days inclusive)
2. Promotion Model and suggested retail price：DCPT520W ($1,498), DCPT720DW ($1,798), DCPT820DW ($1,998), MFCT920DW ($2,298)
3. Promotion Gift: Customers who purchased at least one of the above promotion models to be delivered in HK within the promotion period will be entitled to redeem supermarket cash coupon.
   1. For promotion model DCPT520W and DCPT720DW the supermarket cash coupon redeem value is $200.
   2. For promotion model DCPT820DW and MFCT920DW the supermarket cash coupon redeem value is $300.
4. Redemption Registration deadline: within 30 days date of purchase from date of purchase as shown on invoice.
5. Each customer or each address  can redeem supermarket cash coupon for a maximum of 2 machine purchased among all Brother promotions.
6. Supermarket Coupon Redemption Registration:

   1. Customer are required to complete the product registration at below link from the 8th day to the 30th day (both days inclusive) of purchase.

   2. Login as member page and select “Promotion Gift Redemption” from the left menu, as long as the product meets above redemption terms, it can be registered, please complete and submit the following registration redemption information.

      1. Customer name* and email
      2. Contact Phone Number
      3. Contact Address
      4. Upload complete Serial number label shown on the carton box (refer to sample) – – must include Serial number and Product Code

   3. After the registration is completed, customers can check the status of application in the "Promotion Gift Redemption" on the membership page.

   +: File size cannot be larger than 3MB, and keep the original invoice and serial number sticker for redemption

   *For verification of customer identity upon redemption

7. Collection Method:

   1. Customer will receive a Redemption Letter by post within 2 month after receiving customer's successful registration

      
   2. Customer must redeem the supermarket cash coupon within the time set out in Redemption letter. The below documents must be presented to effect redemption.

         - Redemption letter (Name need to be same as the ID card)

         - Original sales invoices (Date of purchase must fall within this Terms and Conditions)

         - Serial number sticker and product code cut out from carton box (refer to sample)

9. Customer who cannot provide above redemption documents, cannot do the redemption registration within the stated period or does not collect the promotion gift within the promotion period as specified in the Redemption Letter shall be deemed to forfeit his gift.
10. Promotion gift will be available while stock last, or use same gift value as replacement without prior notification.
11. This promotion is not valid for resellers'registration.
12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
13. This promotion is only entitled for the machine that purchased in HKSAR and Macau SAR
