Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period: 1st Dec 2024 to 31st Dec 2024.
2. Promotion Model and suggested retail price：DCPT520W ($1,498), DCPT720DW ($1,798), DCPT820DW ($1,998), MFCT920DW ($2,298)
3. Promotion Gift: Customers who purchased the above promotional product(s) during the promotional period can receive supermarket coupons.
4. Redemption Registration: within 30 days date of purchase from date of purchase as shown on invoice.
5. Each customer or each address can redeem supermarket coupon for a maximum of 2 machines purchased among all Brother promotions.
6. Premium Redemption Registration:

   1. Customer are required to complete the product registration at below link from the 8th day to the 30th day (both days inclusive) of purchase.

   2. Complete the gift redemption application form at the link below.

      1. Customer Name* and Email
      2. Contact Phone Number
      3. Contact Address
      4. Upload complete Serial number label shown on the carton box+(refer to sample) – must include Serial number and Product Code
      

   3. After the registration is completed, customers can check the status of application in the "Promotion Gift Redemption" on the membership page.

   *For verification of customer identity upon redemption
   +: File size cannot be larger than 3MB, and keep the original invoice and serial number sticker for redemption

7. Collection Method:

   1. Customer will receive a Redemption Letter by post within 2 month after receiving customer's successful registration

      
   2. Customer must redeem the supermarket cash coupon within the time set out in Redemption letter. The below documents must be presented to effect redemption.

         - Redemption letter (Name need to be same as the ID card)

         - Original sales invoices (Date of purchase must fall within this Terms and Conditions)

         - Serial number sticker and product code cut out from carton box (refer to sample)

9. Customer who cannot provide above redemption documents, cannot do the redemption registration within the stated period or does not collect the promotion gift within the promotion period as specified in the Redemption Letter shall be deemed to forfeit his gift.
10. Promotion gift will be available while stock last, or use same gift value as replacement without prior notification.
11. This promotion is not valid for resellers’ registration.
12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
13. This promotion is only entitled for the machine that purchased in HKSAR and Macau SAR
14. Brother shall have the final decision and absolute discretion concerning all matters for this promotion and on any disputes, if any.
