Brother Named Among The World's Best Employers 2020

Forbes magazine announced the 2020 Global Best Employers ranking, where Brother placed 130th among 750 large multinational companies, ranking 5th among Japanese companies! The list was created in collaboration with market research firm Statista, which surveyed 160,000 full-time and part-time employees across 58 countries and regions from June to July 2020. Employees rated their employers based on company image, economic impact, talent development, gender equality, social responsibility, and other factors, resulting in the final list of 750 large multinational companies. Brother Hong Kong has consistently worked to provide various activities and benefits for its employees, including medical benefits, various allowances, social corporate responsibility activities, and birthday celebration parties for employees. This year, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, flexible work arrangements were implemented to provide better working conditions for employees.
