Our business embroidery machines have a large embroidery area and are equipped with an automatic operating system to help users quickly complete embroidery. All kinds of exquisite patterns or wording can be completed at high speed. Brother also provides ‘Brother Care Program’ to allow users to maintain their machines with ease and efficiency.
Large LCD touch screen
With 7 inch touch screen of VR has and 10.1 inch extra-large touch screen of both the PR680W and PR1055X feature allow users to edit and adjust embroidery patterns with ease. The machines also automatically input multiple lines of text to help users create unique and special embroidery patterns.
Automatic needle threading, multiple thread and thread stand
The 6-needle PR680W is built with 6 thread stands and e the PR1055X has 10 needles and 10 thread stands. Automatic needle threading allows users to simply press the button and upper thread will pass through the needle. Upon completion, the thread cutter automatically cuts all thread to present users with pleasantly completed embroidery.
Pointer for perfect needle positioning
Once an embroidery pattern is selected, the LED pointer or cross-hair laser in VR and PR680W and the camera positioning sensor in PR1055X will ensure perfect needle placement to help you position jobs more accurately than ever. The whole process of embroidery is automatic, helping to reduce labour costs.
USB Port
All 3 embroidery machines are equipped with USB ports for users to import pre-downloaded designs from USB flash drive.
Built-in patterns and fonts
The embroidery speed of Brother PR680W and PR1055X could both go up to 1,000 stitches per minute. Having over 700 built-in embroidery patterns and 53 built-in fonts, users can create thousands of design patterns. The VR also has 305 built-in embroidery patterns and 20 built-in fonts.
Creating unique products with PE Design
With our embroidery design software PE Design Plus 2 or PE Design 11, you can realize your designs into embroidery patterns. This software will work with whatever you have in your mind, such as person, pet, landscape, logo, special design or Chinese/English wordings.
Extra-large embroidery area
The large embroidery area in the VR, PR680W and PR1055X ranges in size across 200x200mm, 300x200mm and 360x200mm, to support extra-large projects. Also help the business complete the embroidery easily and increase corporate values.
Wireless LAN Connectivity
PR680W and PR1055X support the WLAN function to transmit patterns to the embroidery machine for immediate embroidery.
