Through small-class teaching, this course helps you build correct usage habits and concepts for home sewing machines. Whether you use a computerised or mechanical sewing machine, the course covers the operational differences of Brother models so you can use your machine more confidently for everyday sewing.

Through hands-on training, users explore the basic operations of Innov-is computer sewing & embroidery machines and learn the Artspira app. Integrate personal creativity to quickly create customised works while building practical skills and creative efficiency.

Allow users to easily master PE-Design11 embroidery software design techniques, integrate into personal or commercial creations, quickly create customized works, and explore more design thinking and digital skills.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the technical support and training courses provided by Brother, including the Basic Operation Course for Home Sewing Machines, Innov-is Computer Sewing & Embroidery Machine × Artspira Application Course, and PE-Design 11 Software Training. By registering or participating, participants agree to abide by these terms. The Company reserves the right of final interpretation and may amend the terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Registration and Quota Limits
- Upon successful registration, confirmation will be notified via email or telephone seven working days before the course starts.
- Registration requires proof of purchase or relevant information and is limited to customers who have purchased Brother home sewing machines (or embroidery machines for relevant courses) as Hong Kong genuine products.
2. Participation Eligibility
- Basic Operation Course for Home Sewing Machines: Limited to users who have purchased Brother home sewing machines (computerised or mechanical) as Hong Kong genuine products.
- Innov-is Computer Sewing & Embroidery Machine × Artspira Application Course and PE-Design 11 Software Training: Limited to users who have purchased Brother embroidery machines as Hong Kong genuine products. For PE-Design 11 Software Training, participants must also bring their own PE-Design 11 software and a compatible Windows laptop.
- The Company reserves the right to take photographs during the courses, and photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes.
- Course fees (if applicable) must be paid at the time of registration, and only FPS or PayMe payments are accepted.
3. Course Arrangements and Adjustments
- If the course is cancelled due to force majeure (such as severe weather), the Company will reschedule the class date.
- The courses do not include product maintenance and repair.
4. Safety and Liability
- Participants must wear appropriate clothing during classes to ensure safety.
- Participants are responsible for their own personal safety and property loss. The Company does not assume any liability for accidents caused by personal negligence.
- Materials provided in the courses are for training use only and are strictly prohibited from private transfer or commercial resale.
- Participants agree that the course content is Brother's intellectual property (IP) and must not record audio, video, or share without authorization.
5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Privacy
- Participants must notify five working days before the course starts to cancel registration; otherwise, no refund will be given. Full refunds apply only when the Company cancels the course.
- Course fees (if applicable) must be paid at the time of registration, and refunds will deduct an administrative fee (20%).
