How to Use Bonus Points

Step 1

Please login at below link https://www.brother.com.hk/en/account/login/ or click  to login for bonus point redemption. If you are not a member yet, please register your Brothership member account first. New member could get 1,000 welcome bonus point. 

Step 2

Click login in the top right corner then click “Bonus point redemption” in the left menu.

Step 3

If choosing Brother eCoupon, please Click “+” in the right side of gift item to choose redemption quantity then click “Submit”.

Step 4

If choosing other physical coupon, please Click “+” in the right side of gift item to choose redemption quantity then select the redemption centre address at bottom and click “Submit”.

Step 5

“Redemption success” will be shown after submission. At the same time, member will receive redemption letter by email. Please bring along the redemption letter to the chosen redemption center to get the gift within redemption period. If member has choosen eCoupon, a coupon code will be sent to the registered email address and the coupon could use on the next purchase directly.
