This service aims to ensure the smooth installation and setup of the Brother PR series commercial embroidery machine, allowing the equipment to operate immediately and quickly integrate into daily creation or commercial projects.

PR series embroidery machine setup and operation, mastering preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, enhancing troubleshooting capabilities through hands-on practice and Q&A sessions, allowing users to confidently integrate into customized projects, and explore more creative or commercial applications.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the technical support and training courses provided by Brother, including Professional Installation and Setup Services, PR series basic courses. By registering or participating, participants agree to abide by these terms. The Company reserves the right of final interpretation and may amend the terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Registration and Quota Limits
- Upon successful registration, confirmation will be notified via email or telephone five working days before the course starts.
- Registration requires proof of purchase or relevant information and is limited to customers who have purchased Brother PR series commercial embroidery machines and PE-Design 11 software as Hong Kong genuine products.
2. Participation Eligibility
- Professional installation and setup services and PR series basic courses: Limited to users or organizations that have purchased Brother PR series commercial embroidery machines as Hong Kong genuine products.
- The Company reserves the right to take photographs during the courses, and photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes.
- Course fees (if applicable) must be paid at the time of registration, and only FPS or PayMe payments are accepted.
3. Course Arrangements and Adjustments
- If the course is cancelled due to force majeure (such as severe weather), the Company will reschedule the class date.
- The courses do not include product maintenance and repair.
4. Safety and Liability
- Participants must wear appropriate clothing during classes to ensure safety.
- Participants are responsible for their own personal safety and property loss. The Company does not assume any liability for accidents caused by personal negligence.
- Materials provided in the courses are for training use only and are strictly prohibited from private transfer or commercial resale.
- Participants agree that the course content is Brother's intellectual property (IP) and must not record audio, video, or share without authorization.
5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Privacy
- Participants must notify ten working days before the course starts to cancel registration; otherwise, no refund will be given. Full refunds apply only when the Company cancels the course.
- Course fees (if applicable) must be paid at the time of registration, and refunds will deduct an administrative fee (20%).
