- Customers please click here to fill in the online form and include the aged sewing machine photo, brand name, machine model and serial number for approval.
- After internal approval, HK$1,500 Brother eShop coupon for purchasing Innovis A16 or A80 will be sent to customer’s email in 2 working days.
- Brother will collect the related aged sewing machine when delivering the ordered Innovis A16 or A80.
- If customer cannot provide the aged sewing machine on the designated delivery date, the order of Innovis A16 or A80 will not be delivered and customer needs to pay for HK$250 extra delivery fee for arranging the other delivery date.
- All collected aged sewing machine will not be subjected to return.
