3. After the successful reservation, our gift redemption department will inform the customer about the collection arrangement. Please keep below documents for the gift redemption:
   1. Warranty confirmation email
   2. Original sales invoice of Brother Machine Model Number (date of purchase must fall within the promotion period)
   3. Cut the serial number barcode label from the machine carton box – must include Serial number and Product Code
   
4. If customers do not meet the redemption deadline stated in the confirmation letter, Brother will treat as giving up the gift.
5. Promotion gift will be available while stock last, or use same gift value as replacement without prior notification.
