Owners of the following models are advised to update their firmware. The latest firmware release includes improved print yield accuracy. The latest version of firmware is currently available in the Downloads & Driver section from support.brother.com/up8/

HLL2440DW, HLL2460DW, DCPL2640DW, MFCL2805DW, MFCL2885DW

Please select your model below to view/download the update. Once at the site, select your Operating System and click Firmware Update Tool. After click "OK," then “Agree to the EULA and Download” to start download the update tool.

IMPORTANT: Do not turn off your Brother machine until the firmware update has finished. Update times will vary depending on internet connection and computer speed.
