1. Promotional period: 15th Jan 2025 to 28th Feb 2025
2. Customers please click here to fill in the online form and include the aged sewing machine photo, brand name, machine model and serial number for approval.
3. After internal approval, HK$1,500/2,000 Brother eShop coupon for purchasing Innovis A16/ A80 or Innov-is NV2700 respectively will be sent to customer’s email in 5 working days.
4. Using the exclusive discount code on Brother eShop, you can get a $2,000 discount when purchasing the Innov-is NV2700 computerized sewing and embroidery machine. Registered warranty of Innov-is NV2700 successfully within 60 days of purchase date in the promotion period, with the warranty confirmation email, customers can call our gift redemption department at 3589 9126 during business hours within 10 working days to reserve the promotion gifts worth $9,800. (Pe-Design11 Embroidery Software).
   1. After the successful reservation, our gift redemption department will inform the customer about the collection arrangement. Please keep below documents for the gift redemption:
   2. Warranty confirmation email
   3. Original sales invoice of Brother Machine Model Number (date of purchase must fall within the promotion period)
   4. Cut the serial number barcode label from the machine carton box – must include Serial number and Product Code
   
   5. If customers do not meet the redemption deadline stated in the confirmation letter, Brother will treat as giving up the gift.
   6. Promotion gift will be available while stock last, or use same gift value as replacement without prior notification.
5. Using the exclusive discount code on Brother eShop, you can get a $1,500 discount when purchasing the Innov-is A16 or A80 computerized sewing machines.
6. Brother will collect the related aged sewing machine when delivering the ordered Innovis A16/ A80 or Innovis NV2700.
7. If customer cannot provide the aged sewing machine on the designated delivery date, the order of Innovis A16/ A80 or Innovis NV2700 will not be delivered and customer needs to pay for HK$350 extra delivery fee for arranging the other delivery date.
8. All collected aged sewing machine will not be subjected to return.
