The founder listed four key functions of how RJ4250WB can help the drug distribution process of community medical care.
1) High resolution label
Since some of the patients are elderly families who need help from domestic helpers, but domestic helpers in some countries cannot understand Chinese, so the eHealth interface provides simple medication consumption guidelines with illustrations, such as taking time, frequency, indications of before and after meals can help domestic helpers instruct patients to take medication correctly. The RJ-4250WB can print high-definition labels, which is an important part of helping the entire medicine distribution system go smoothly.
2) No ink is required and compact to carry.
Since community medical care team needs to visit patients' homes, they only need an easy-to-carry labeling machine. The RJ-4250WB can be attached with a lanyard, which makes it convenient for community doctors and nurses to visit multiple patient homes in a day. RJ series uses thermal printing, so there is no need to carry extra ink and it will not become a work burden. Brother's RJ4 series has been tested for IP54 certification at a height of 2.1 meters drop test, and the sturdy shell can also firmly protect the body.
3) Connect via Bluetooth and print directly
Community doctors usually use tablets or mobile to connect to the eHealth app, and the Bluetooth and Airprint functions of the RJ-4250WB allow the label printer to receive and print data from the app directly. The entire printing process can be completed within one minute, which is very smooth and enhances the overall drug delivery efficiency.
4) Provide flexibility on label width
RJ-4250WB can print labels with a maximum width of 104 mm. Because some drug labels need to include icons, the labels must be wide enough to print instructions and be clear for users to read. The founder mentioned that the width is flexible enough to be used at any time. Edit and print the required drug labels, which is very convenient for doctors and nurses to make instant judgment and printing for use.

As the medical system in Hong Kong continues to progress and improve, the founder hopes to help different families from the low income level, including ethnic minorities with different languages, so the app will also add multi-language label translation to help community doctors and nurses communicate and print easily and suitable drug labels. The founder believes that the entire pharmaceutical system needs labelling help to make the system more complete, and Brother's mobile label printer is right and meets the needs of users. He believes that it is one of the necessary tools for pharmacies/non-profit organizations.
