How to redeem
Thank you for purchasing a Brother product. If your purchase was made during the promotion period, simply complete the following 2 steps to redeem your gift with ease. Please keep the following documents for gift redemption:
- Original purchase invoice/receipt for the designated promotional model.
- Complete machine serial number barcode sticker from the product packaging box
- Redemption Notification Letter (will be sent by post upon successful application)
Please retain all required documents until the gift redemption process is completed.
STEP 1
Customer are required to Login complete the product registration from the 8th day to the 30th day (both days inclusive) of purchase, customer can click here to check how to register product warranty.
After completing product registration, please stay in your member account and select "Promotion Gift Redemption" from the left-hand menu. If your product meets the redemption requirements, it will be eligible for registration. Please complete all required fields in the redemption form and click "Submit".
Please fill in the required information for redemption registration.
Please Note:
1. The name entered must exactly match your ID card, as it will be used for identity verification during gift redemption.
2. If you cannot find your building name in the drop-down menu, please select the closest available address and enter your full, complete address in this field.
3. Upload an image of the machine barcode label attached to the product carton box. Examples are shown below.
4. Please read and agree to the terms and conditions regarding the required documents for gift redemption and the procedures for applying for promotional gift redemption.
5. Please ensure that all information provided in the form is accurate and complete. Once the application has been submitted, any request to amend the information will require the customer to provide supporting documents or relevant information to Brother Hong Kong for verification purposes.
After successfully submitting the redemption form, the system will display your redemption reference number. At the same time, a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge receipt of your redemption application.
Important Notes:
1) Please retain the original purchase invoice and the machine barcode label from the product carton box for gift redemption purpose.

STEP 2
After the information verified, Brother will send a Gift Redemption Letter to the mailing address provided in your application. Please bring the following required documents to the redemption centre within the specified redemption period to collect your gift.

Original sales invoice for printer purchase
The complete machine barcode label cut from the product carton box, showing both the Serial Number (S/N) and Product Code (this label will be retained by the redemption centre)
Important: Failure to present any of the required documents may result in the inability to redeem the promotional gift.
Important Notes:
- Each customer or each address can redeem supermarket coupon for a maximum of 2 machines purchased among all Brother promotions.
- Customer who cannot provide above redemption documents, cannot do the redemption registration within the stated period or does not collect the promotion gift within the promotion period as specified in the Redemption Letter shall be deemed to forfeit his gift.
- Promotion gift will be available while stock last, or use same gift value as replacement without prior notification.
- If the redemption gift includes toner cash coupon, please note that each toner coupon face value is $50, and only one toner cash coupon can be used per transaction to purchase designated toner model.
- Coupon Redemption Promotion is not valid for resellers’ registration.
- Coupon Redemption Promotion Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Brother shall have the final decision and absolute discretion concerning all matters for this promotion and on any disputes, if any.
