Customer service, repair service and eShop service will be resumed normal
Dear Customers,
Brother Customer Service Hotline, Kwai Chung Customer Service Counter and On-site Repairing Service will be resumed on 3-May-2022.
Service time is 09:00 am to 6:00 pm. Monday to Friday. (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays Closed)
Moreover, Brother eShop's order daily cut-off time will be resumed to 4 pm. If you have further questions about Brother eShop orders or delivery, please contact us at [email protected] .
Note : If shipments is delivered to or collected from the list of buildings with confirmed/ probable cases of COVID-19, hospitals and clinics, drivers will call consignees upon arrival and have shipments handed over at the entrance, lobby or management office of the building.
